India’s efforts to strengthen its global partnerships received a major boost as External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar arrived in Abu Dhabi for a key diplomatic visit.
The discussions are expected to focus on enhancing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between India and the United Arab Emirates, with special emphasis on trade, energy, and sustainable development.
Earlier, during his visit to Mauritius, Jaishankar highlighted India’s commitment to supporting partner countries through initiatives such as energy supply agreements and clean energy projects, including solar power and electric mobility.
The ongoing visit reflects India’s broader diplomatic vision of strengthening ties across the Global South while ensuring economic growth, energy security, and regional stability.
